Children’s Ministry

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
Matthew 19:14

At DuBois Alliance we place a large amount of emphasis on the safety of your children. The children’s wing is in a secured, monitored, area of the church.  Also, all our volunteers have background clearances based on the Pennsylvania state law.

The nursery is located in the children’s wing, and is staffed with volunteers who love little babies.  Every volunteer is screened before they are placed in the nursery.  The nursery is available for infants through 2 years old.  Nursery is available during Sunday morning service and Sunday school.  If you have any questions about the nursery, please contact the church office.

Junior Church

Junior church is a service for children age three to fifth grade.  The children meet in the children’s wing after the music portion of our service and during the sermon.  The service is presented in a way children can understand, and provides parents the opportunity to worship the Lord.  Each family has their own preferences on worship, so it is the parents’ decision as to whether children’s church is a good fit for your family or not.

Sunday School

Children’s Sunday School teachers teach children to go beyond Bible stories and understand Biblical truths.  Students are challenged to apply what they learn in the classroom in their everyday lives.  Children age 3 through fifth grade meet in the children’s wing from 9:00 to 10:00.

Noah’s Park – Wednesday Evenings

A Bible-based, relationship-focused, fun for kids Wednesday night meeting for kids 3 years old through 5th grade.  Noah’s Park includes BIble study, scripture memory, life skills development, and an emphasis on discipleship and outreach.  In today’s rapidly changing and fast-paced society, children often feel insecure and vulnerable.  Noah’s Park gives children a place to belong and to experience God’s love through caring adult leaders.
Noah’s Park meets in the children’s wing, Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
